7. Survey: The club will be sending out an email concerning house concerts and other activities the members may want to suggest. Questions which may arise are:
a. House Concerts in general
b. House concerts for 2018
c. What prevents you from attending (i.e. busy summer, money, no interest, etc).
d. What suggestions for events do you want the BOD to consider for 2018.
8. Peter Mayer and band is planning another concert this year possibly in November or December. Most likely it will be scheduled for a Saturday night. The Ronald McDonald House has graciously agreed to accept the donations. 3 other charities said no. The possibility that a Ford dealership will be the sponsor. Funds collected will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland thru the NCPHC.
9. FFFFB (Fruitcakes Frigid Frozen Frosted Ball ???) is scheduled for Saturday January 6, 2018. As usual, the event will be held at Teamz in Middleburgh Heights. Discussions were held about the musical entertainment. Corned Beef and Curry Band has been solicited and they have the NCPHC penciled in for the event. 6. JIMMY BUFFETT CONCERTS: Cincinnati is Saturday July 8. Toronto will get a concert in 2017. If Cleveland gets a concert, it would be it was mutually agreed that the NCPHC would either do a pre-concert party the night before or a pool party the day of the concert (if at Blossom.) Not both will be done. If the Clarion hotel wants to promote, we can consider that. If we have a pre-concert party, it would be free to club members but guests would have to pay. Margaritaville or Nautica could be the venue for the pre-concert party if a concert is held in the Cle area.

Remember we said to blame everything on Janice. The concert at Blossom is her fault. On to the Pre party – Monday June 23rd, we will start the evening at 5pm. There will be drink, and food specials all night long.
Corned Beef and Curry band will be opening up the show. No introduction needed. Headlining the event will be the Mr. Myers Band out of Chicago Ill. Think of Tropical, calypso, steel drums, reggae, and rock all fused together. Mr Myers has been together for almost 30 years. They are an upbeat, dance music type of band. Playing some originals and the very best covers. They have headlined MOTM (and the street fest). Tickets will be $11 advanced, $15 at the door, with at least $1 dollar from every ticket sale going to the Ronald McDonald House.
The day of the concert, the Island Doctor will be providing the tunes by the pool. Starting at 11am, and going until 2pm.
All this information can be found on our website, North Coast Parrots dot org
We have reserved 2 buses for the Blossom trip. One of those buses is almost full. Tickets are $22 per person. Amo will be heading to Blossom to pick the tickets up in April. He will also be meeting with Blossom officials to work out the tailgating.
