Cheeseburgers in Paradise and Island Troy. Both entertainers have

Labor Day 2025. More details to follow.

3. Budget: $9,421.00
Cheryl Inquired about the budget for 2024. The budget is decided at the end of January after membership renewals and new memberships are collected. The budget is generally set at the amount of membership funds deposited through January.
4. 70 tickets have been sold for the Frosted Ball 2024 which is going to be
held at Margaritaville Cleveland on Saturday January 27, 2024.
Discussions were held concerning insurance for this event. It was mutually
agreed to purchase insurance for the Frosted Ball. This event is open to
the public. Insurance costs are approximately $2.00 per person.
Occupancy at Margaritaville is 287 people. Our club is capping attendance
for the Frosted Ball at 150 people. The main dining room will be used for
our party.
If more people sign up the entire place will be shut down for our event.
More than half of people signed up for the Frosted Ball are not club
members. They are located in Pittsburgh, Erie, Toledo, Willoughby and
Mentor.
5. Membership: Currently the cost for family is $30.00. Single
memberships are $15.00 per person. It was mutually agreed to by the
BOD to reduce the cost by $5.00 if club members renewed and paid their
membership dues by December 31, 2023. This renewal is only available
on-line as well. There is a small fee for renewal of your membership.
Effective January 1, 2024, the fees will increase to $35.00 for family; and
$20.00 for single.
6. December Club Meeting: Discussions were held to determine other locations where they can be held. We are looking at the cities of Middleburg Heights, Parma, Parma
Heights and Berea. We are not looking at the city of Strongsville.
Also discussed having the December club meeting at Schnitz Brewery
located at 5729 Pearl Road, Parma, Ohio 44129. They will provide a
limited menu of 7 items, and we would have the meeting on the upper level
which has been recently renovated. This would be free and no cost to the
club. However, there is no elevator at this facility.
The BOD mutually agreed to this event for December 13, 2023.
The time remains the same and is at 6:00 PM.
Discussions also occurred about some type of gift exchange for the
December club meeting. It was mutually agreed that club members bring a
decorated ornament with a value of no more than $10.00. Bring the
ornament in a gift bag or wrapped.
7. Future meetings: Discussions were held for potential locations such as
Brew Garden, Hoolihans, Panini. We are looking for locations that are
easily accessible for club members because we have club members who
reside in Elyria, Willoughby, and Eastlake. We are looking for a room that
will be at no cost to the club. No final decision has been made however
we will not have a club meeting in January 2024 because of the Frosted
Ball.
8. Frosted Ball 2024: A lottery tree was suggested, and all BOD members
agreed to this. Fran Endo accepted the challenge of assembling this tree.
Club members will be requested to submit scratch off tickets at the
December club meeting.
Amo has requested donations from multiple sources. Raffles will be held,
and all those funds will be directed to the Ronald McDonald House of
Cleveland. Board members will be sitting in the Pontoon boat at
Margaritaville selling raffle tickets and other club members will be asked to
help in selling tickets throughout the venue.
Winners will be posted on a poster board for the $1.00 raffles. Club
members will be asked to initial the back of their tickets for easily
identifiable purposes.
Music: Cheeseburgers in Paradise will be performing from 6:00 – 9:00 PM.
Discussions were held about additional music, but the BOD decided
against that.
Their will be a Jimmy Buffett toast at 9:01:23 PM (which is the date that Jimmy
passed away on September 1, 2023).
5:00 to 7:00 PM drinks and food will be served. Doors open at 4:30 PM.
Parking: Many of the easily accessible parking lots have either reduced
parking or possibly free. Some charge $5.00 but after 6:00 PM their fee is
$20.00. Lots are open in the winter. There is a lot by the bridge and that
cost is $10.00. There is a gymnastics event at the Convention Center, but
that location is on Lakeside Avenue and is not close by to Margaritaville.
There will be 50/50 drawings and card games as well. The bucket will be
passed around for donations to the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland.
Discussions were held about what purchases to make for club members.
We discussed 50” or 60” TV, or IPAD or tablet. A cap of $400.00 was
mutually agreed to by the BOD. No final decision was made concerning
the purchase.
9. Volunteer Events:
Adopt-A-Highway. We have 1-year left on our term. Fran spearheads this
event. No further discussions were held concerning future support.
Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland: Audrey coordinates meal planning.
It was determined to coordinate a Valentines Day event in February 2024.
Dinner is also being planned afterwards at Guarino’s.
10. Survey to club members.
Discussions were held about what club members may be interested in for
fun events. The BOD will gather ideas before they are submitted to club
members.
11. Spring and Summer events:
Pontoons are going to be scheduled and the date is Saturday August 3,
2024. No buckets will be permitted on the boats. It will be first come-first
served basis for entry on the boat, there will be a sign-up sheet made
available.
Club birthday: Our club will be 24 years old in August 2024. No activities
are being planned because its not a milestone year. This year we had
approximately 75 people in attendance.
Musical Entertainment: Cheryl Lang brought up that Donny Brewer, Carrie Ellington
and Eric Erdman are touring together and there is a possibility that an
event can be scheduled with them as well.
The weekend of June 15, 2024, a big street party is being planned in
Cincinnati. All Ohio clubs are invited. More information to follow.
Other events are being considered at Northeast Ohio locations. Castaways
in Eastlake, Marblehead, Galaxy and On Tap along with Hoolihans, Paninis
in Westlake are being looked at.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.
FEBRUARY 15, 2023
1. The meeting commenced at 6:00 PM.
Location of Meeting: Schnitz Ale Brewery
5729 Pearl Road
Parma, Ohio 44129
2. Current Board Members are:
Amo, President
Michele Jennings, Vice President
Dave Overholt, Treasurer
Fran Endo, Membership
Audrey Overholt, Secretary
Cheryl Lang, Social Director
Megan Crandall Tetlak, At Large
Toni Moore, Non-Voting Member
3. Budget: $6500 to $7000.
4. Some of the most recent purchases are $200.00 for club laptop. We
also purchased 3- year warranty for Microsoft Student and paid $150.00 for
lifetime warranty. The sum of $3,111 was provided to Ronald McDonald
House of Cleveland for our Frosted Ball event held in January 2023.
Teamz was also paid for the Frosted Ball 2023.
5. RMH---we are transitioning to new guidelines since COVID. Eight (8)
club members are permitted to volunteer but must wear mask and gloves at
all times. New guidelines are available for people interested in volunteering
will be made available at a later date.
Additionally, Audrey handed out a flyer about volunteer activities such as
gardening outdoors, cleaning, painting, etc. We will consider these as
possible future events.
The date pf April 8, 2023 has been selected to serve families dinner at
RMH. Time from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A sign-up sheet will be made
available to club members who are interested in volunteering. Plans to
head over to Little Italy for some food afterwards is being planned.
6. Adopt-A-Highway. Fran brought up this subject and the BOD agrees to
volunteering for another 2-year term.
7. Club ID’s. Fran handed out new IDs to some of the BOD members. We
will be distributing these IDs at the club meetings. IDs will not be mailed as
in past practice. There is a link on the club’s website for all club members
to fill out in order to receive a lanyard. Fran is handling these now as she
has a new program on her computer and can print them.
8. Club tee shirts. Cheryl Lang played around with a design but no other
club members came up with suggestions. Bernie's friend is
working on a new design. More information will be provided once this
information is received.
9. Club Meetings. Discussions were held about returning to Teamz.
At this time, there are no plans to return here in 2023.
Cheryl Lang has been in contact with Ryan from the Grindstone Bar and
Tavern in Berea who is willing to have club meetings there. We have
visited there twice and they were very welcoming and accommodating our
club on short notice.
Discussions about future locations for club meetings was held. The BOD
toured Schnitz Ale Brewery upstairs for the potential of having club
meetings there. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, and some club
members may have difficulty going up the stairs. We also discussed
ordering food ahead of time in order to keep things moving. No final
decision was made concerning locations of club meetings. Upstairs holds
140 people.
Audrey mentioned that having a place close to either I-71, I-480, or I-90
would be easy for many club members who live outside of the surrounding
areas of Parma, Parma Heights, North Royalton or Strongsville.
The BOD also discussed future locations for club meetings. The following
places were mentioned but no final decision has been made:
Buffalo Wild Wings Strongsville
Buffalo Wild Wings Fairview
Panini’s Westlake
Fat Heads Middleburg Heights
The BOD mutually agreed to leave Teamz for 2023. We will revisit later.
The March club meeting will be held at the Grindstone. Club
members will bring Easter baskets for Project Noelle.
10. Margaritaville Cleveland. Amo Bennett has been in discussions with
Mike Grasso who is the Manager of Margaritaville. They want NCPHC
back. They are embracing us with possible events such as a bar crawl,
opening up the roof top deck for club members in the summer in June or
August. They are planning two (2) happy hours for us as well. We may
have a club meeting there in the summer. They are also considering
having a crawfish boil just for club members only. They are in agreement
with us supporting the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland. Potential
music planned is as follows:
Cheeseburgers in Paradise
Scott Alan
Boat Drinks Island Troy
Air Margarittaville
Colin Dussault
BoaterHead
Kristine Jackson
Disco Inferno
Carlos Jones
11. House Concerts
Kristine Jackson and Bob Banerjee return to the No Name Yard Saturday
August 5, 2023. Time at 5:00 PM. This is the last house concert at the
Overholt residence. No future house concerts will be held here.
12. April events. Cheryl Lang is looking for events for the club for May.
Scavenger hunt is being considered. Another club member suggested a
beer tasting on the train. Ales on Rails is being considered thru the
Cuyahoga National Park.
13. Pontoon events. Club members requested doing this activity once
again. They are booking up quickly for Portage Lakes. We will limit this
event to club members only. The club is looking at doing this event end of
July or August and on a Saturday. July 29th, 2023.
14. Club Birthday party. We will be celebrating 23 years and a party is
planned on Sunday August 20 at a park in Parma. It will be an all-day
event and is planned to be under a pavilion. The club plans to be at the
park at Noon. Acoustic music is okay along with alcohol.
The BOD discussed food options and it was mutually agreed that Chef Amo
will cook. Hamburgers, hot dogs will be grilled, and the food will be
purchased at Costco. Buns, desserts and smores will be provided. The
cost of the pavilion was $225.00. It will be BYOB. Cornhole and other
games will be played.
15. Frosted Ball 2023. The BOD held discussions of this year’s event.
Many people felt the room was cramped. 83 people were in attendance.
Some of the positives are we raised lots of money. Our charity is the
Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland who received a check in the amount
of $3,111.00. Some folks felt the music (Cheeseburgers in Paradise) was
good but was too loud. The food was not the best. The dance floor was
not big enough. Although everyone was encouraged to dress up, no
contest was held to pick a winner.
One of the biggest complaints was that we were not permitted to enter the
party room until 5:00 PM. On all club meetings members were told the
party room opened up at 4:30 PM. Previous Frosted Ball events we were
permitted to enter the party room at 4:30 PM. By a last minute decision,
club members were told they were allowed entry at 5:00 PM. Many club
members were treated poorly because of the large crowd outside of the
party room. It was absolute chaos. Between the club members being
yelled at to get into the party room, along with the general public crowding
the bar, the Frosted Ball started out on a bad note. Some club members
stated they will not return to Teamz for future events of any kind.
Discussions were held whether to have future Frosted Ball parties at
Teamz and most of the BOD felt returning there would not be in the best
interest of the club.
16. Frosted Ball 2024. Discussions were held about potential locations for
the Frosted Ball 2024. Many places are already booked for next year.
Cheryl Lang brought up the conversation about the potential of having it at
American Legion Hall in Avon Lake. This hall holds 200 people. Evidently
there are renovations being done in 2023. Megan mentioned that the
food isn’t the best. We can book the room for free and decide on a band
later. We can also bring our own food, or they can cook for us. Cheryl has
a friend who caters so she will check into that.
Audrey handed out a flyer from Lorain Community College where a club
member works. They offer a nice size room, which would be at no cost to
the club. Buffet would cost $19.00 per person and up. 2 item buffet would
be $25.00 per person and up. There would be a 10% service fee. The
room holds 200 people.
Being the location is in Lorain, Ohio some of the BOD members
felt that location was too far. So, this option will not be
considered. Cheryl is checking into other venues. Further
information will be provided as it becomes available.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.

Emails have been sent to many organizations for donations. Additionally, a letter has been prepared for any club member who wishes to contact additional organizations for donations. If anyone is interested, letters are available. Please see a BOD member for this letter. Club members who drop off this letter, tell them we are with North Coast Parrot Head Club of Cleveland and we are supporting the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland.
The BOD discussed what type of gifts should be considered as the 2022 Frosted Ball was so successful. We discussed either TV, tablets, IPAD, stereo, computers, etc. It was mutually agreed that a TV would be ideal for most families. Megan Crandall Tetlak will be purchasing the TV once Black Friday commences. The size of TV that is agreed by all BOD members is 55” to 65”.
4. Club Meeting location/day of the week
Discussions were held concerning club meetings. Amo Bennett discussed with Lori Kasl the possibility of having them at Tony K’s which is located on Bagley Road in Berea. Further discussions will be held to determine if we should stay at Teamz or another location. Meetings may vary between the two locations in the future.
5. Guideline for calendar of events (number of events per month total).
Our club has 1 more year for Adopt a Highway. Fran Endo handles the planning of this.We are flexible in the dates that we participate. The 2023 calendar year might be our last year of participation. Once the new year arrives we can plan accordingly.
5. Guideline for calendar of events
Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland. Audrey Overholt handles planning of serving lunches, group activities such as pumpkin painting, face painting, etc. She will be in contact to see when we can begin volunteering again. If we decide not to volunteer at RMH, another charity will be chosen. More information to follow.
House Concerts: Most of our house concerts are during the months of June, July and August. Possibly September. This will remain the same for 2023.
6. Yearly Budget. Last year’s income brought in current budget expense report and is distributed to BOD members monthly (i.e. money in, money out, total in the bank account).
Discussions were held about providing information to all club members on a monthly basis of our expenses. Several members ask what’s in the budget and what have we spent. This will give all club members a better idea of our expenses. Dave Overholt is the Treasurer of the club. The budget will be presented at each social meeting.
7. Volunteer Coordinator. The BOD discussed having a coordinator whether it be a BOD member or volunteer club member, details of what is involved. We currently have the following BOD members who serve:
Fran Endo, Highway Cleanup
Audrey Overholt, Ronald McDonald House & Project Noelle
Cheryl Lang discussed a budget for club activities and the purchases of items whether they be gas credit cards, restaurant gift cards, etc. when club activities were happening. A budget was mutually agreed to for the sum of $50 quarterly or for a grand total of $200.00 per year.
8. Club tee shirts. Discussions were held about the purchase or new club tee shirts. Prices vary and we have in the past purchased from Custom Ink. The cost depends on how many colors are used in the tee shirt design.
There is a minimum of 40 tee shirts that must be ordered. We are looking for a new design and there are restrictions on what we can have. The BOD discussed having club members come up with a new design. Some great ideas were brought up by the BOD members
Some of the guidelines are as follows for new tee shirts:
Cannot be sold to non-club members.
No copyright.
Cannot steal a beer sign.
The word Parrot Head has to be on the shirt (and must be 2 words).
Club members will be requested to provide their input. They also should include a drawing even if by hand. Club members will be notified at the November club meeting and the do’s and don’ts will be provided to everyone. The anticipated due date for this design by club members is February 2023. All club members will pick their favorite at the March club meeting. Anticipated date for the tee shirts to be available is May 2023.
9. House Concerts and expenses:
Discussions were held about the issue of house concerts and the expenses associated with them. The BOD mutually agreed to no more than two (2) a year. Another point of discussion was the cost of food. As everyone knows, food costs have been rising substantially the last couple of years. The BOD mutually agreed that in the future all club members will bring their own food and beverage. We will not be providing food because of the exorbitant costs we have incurred during the last few years.
10. Pre-planned 2023 activities.
Cheryl Lang our Social Director obtained results from club members about potential interests.
The results are as follows (the top 6 are listed below)
Nautica Queen Cruise 21
Casino Night (set-up at Teamz) 18
Bourbon/Rum Tasting 15
The Funny Bus 14
Halloween Party 11

Other potential interests were discussed by BOD members. They are:
Scavenger Hunt (walking) Medina or Olmsted Falls
October 2023 Winery Tour, Haunted House (Sleep over), Geauga County
Cornhole, Comedy Club, Hayride, Mapleside Farms, Toga Party, Pontoon Boat
11. BOD Input
Many BOD members liked the ideas suggested for different activities mentioned above. This will be discussed more in Q1 2023 BOD meeting as we will have our budget in full from memberships
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 PM.

Audrey Overholt, Secretary
Cheryl Lang, Social Director
Megan Crandall Tetlak, At Large
3. Budget: $8,340.94
4. Pending house concert June 27 is Reggie Starrett at a cost of $500.00.
5. Memberships:
Currently we have 122 paid members for 2021. 43 club members have not paid their dues for 2021. A year end report was sent to PHIP and we pay the sum of $1.00 for every club member. 2020 end of year membership was 99 members.
6. Dues: It was mutually agreed to by the BOD to keep the dues as follows:
Family $20.00 Single $15.00
7. HIGHWAY CLEANUP:
Per membership director Fran Endo, we need to renew our commitment to cleaning up the highway for a 2-year period. The motion was passed unanimously by the Board and Fran will send in the paperwork to resume. Comments were made by several members about how bad the area looks. Grass has not been cut. The last time our club volunteered was in 2019. The area where highway cleanup is done is off I-480 by Lakewood Supply. Plans for breakfast are usually held afterwards. Highway cleanup usually takes 1 hour.
8. RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE OF CLEVELAND:
No idea when we will resume volunteering at the house due to COVID19. Discussions with the BOD about providing food as a drop-off basis was discussed. Audrey Overholt will contact RMH to coordinate this effort. In person voluntering may resume in the Fall. Also discussed were issues such as becoming a Partner and Host an In-Home Gathering. Most of these require large monetary donations and the club has mutually agreed to pass on them. The club will make a yet agreeded upon quarterly donation to Ronald McDonald House Cleveland.
9. CLUB MEETINGS:
The club anticipates our next in person club meeting either June or July 2021 at Teamz. A discussion of meeting at a local park was also discussed but no decision has been made. Hopefully with the COVID19 vaccine available to more persons in Ohio will open things up for the club. April and May club meetings will still be held via Zoom.
10. OTHER:
Cheryl Lang (social director) brought up an idea about March being Irish month and suggested trivia games. Also discussed getting dressed up for our Zoom club meeting on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. All club members are encouraged to dress up and we will have a Hollywood Squares game and winners will be provided with gifts for winning.
Fran Endo has graciously created a surprise gift to the winner. So, get your Irish on everyone and be prepared to have some phun. This information will be included in the newsletter soon.
11. HOUSE CONCERTS 2021:
The following house concerts are scheduled:
Reggie Starrett Sunday June 27
Pending - Tropical Soul in late September
We anticipate a few more house concerts for the year of 2021. It was mutually agreed that everyone bring their own food, beverage, and chair. Due to COVID19, a discussion at the next board meeting (anticipated end of May 2021) about facial masks will occur to see whether they will be required. The tent will be set-up, but no tables will be available so be prepared to eat and drink on your lap. A request for assistance to set-up and take down the tent was requested by Audrey Overholt.
Most musicians who perform for the club request a certain price by charging for example $20.00 per person. Our NCPHC does things differently. We agree to a flat rate with the musician. The reason this is done is because if there is low attendence the artist would be paid a small sum. Sometimes this cost is not enough to pay for lodging and transportation and food.
House Concerts continued:
Club members who show up at the house concerts are encouraged to donate funds into the donation jar. The money which club members donate are subtracted from the mutually agreed price which enables our club to continue to provide entertainment. We thank those club members who show up and continue to donate funds.
12. SUMMER/FALL EVENTS:
A discussion for potential summer and fall events was discussed. Now that some of the State of Ohio guidelines have been lifted by Governor DeWine we will table this discussion for a later date. Suggestions from club members is highly encouraged.
Pontoon boats were discussed, and the BOD decide NO to this event at this time.

entertaining house concerts this year. This is also because of the lack of interest
from club members.
BUFFETT CONCERT BLOSSOM
1. Average attendance for Buffett concert is 80-120 people.
2. The BOD discussed having a pre-concert party at a hotel prior to the concert on
Saturday May 26, 2018 along with it being Memorial Weekend.. Due to the work
involved in obtaining hotels, guarantee on the rooms, food and drink, along with the cost
of the entertainment, it was unanimously agreed by the BOD not to have a pre-concert party at a hotel.
Additionally, Margaritaville has been anticipating the North Coast Parrot Head Club to
hold an event there. Discussions are underway with them for the pre-concert party
there. More information will be provided to members in the newsletter when it becomes
available.
3. Suggestions were made about buses to Blossom from either Margaritaville to
Blossom or another location since most likely we would not be able to use the parking
lot at a hotel since no hotels are being considered.
4. Janice Stadin checked out potential transportation and found Rally who can transport
people from different locations in the Cleveland area to Blossom on the day of the
concert. The cost is $35.00 per person round trip. Audrey Overholt made inquiries to
this business and the cost for 50 people is $1550.00 (which includes a $200 discount).
So that idea was nixed.
Dave Overholt contacted Brecksville Transportation who provided buses last Buffett
concert from the Clarion Hotel. The cost for pickup at Parmatown Mall for 55 people is
$972.00 which includes tax. The cost for pickup at South Park Mall for 47 people is
$918.00. Once a decision about what time Blossom will open us for tailgating is when
the BOD will decide how to proceed. (There is no bus available for 55 people from
South Park Mall). The location for where the buses will pick us up will also be decided).
5. The general manager and regional manager from Margaritaville have been in contact
with Mr. Amo Bennett about the pre-concert party. More information will be provided as
it becomes available.
6. The club has been in contact with various musicians who possibly can perform at
Margaritaville for the pre-concert party. Tom Watt and the Fruitcakes, Fins to the Left,
and Scott Alan have been contacted. No additional information is available as of this
date.
7. We anticipate if a pre-concert party is planned at Margaritaville its anticipated to be
from 6:00 to 11:00 PM Saturday May 26, 2017.
8. At the next club meeting, members will be asked about interest in buses to Blossom.
Meeting adjourned at 4:30 PM.

2. Currently we have 125 club members.
3. Concern over house concerts continues. This year we are having 4 concerts. Lack of attendance still prevails. A survey will be done to see why. Dave Overholt requested a sign up sheet be made available. There is a lot of work involved in setting up the outside tent along with tables, chairs, etc. If we have 20 people signed up, the artist can perform in the basement which comfortably seats everyone.
4. There are no more scheduled club events for the rest of 2017.
5. HOUSE CONCERTS
Dani Hoy house concert on Sunday, August 20.
Rob Hill, Emalee Hill, and Anna Robinson on Saturday, September 9.

7. Survey: The club will be sending out an email concerning house concerts and other activities the members may want to suggest. Questions which may arise are:
a. House Concerts in general
b. House concerts for 2018
c. What prevents you from attending (i.e. busy summer, money, no interest, etc).
d. What suggestions for events do you want the BOD to consider for 2018.
8. Peter Mayer and band is planning another concert this year possibly in November or December. Most likely it will be scheduled for a Saturday night. The Ronald McDonald House has graciously agreed to accept the donations. 3 other charities said no. The possibility that a Ford dealership will be the sponsor. Funds collected will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland thru the NCPHC.
9. FFFFB (Fruitcakes Frigid Frozen Frosted Ball ???) is scheduled for Saturday January 6, 2018. As usual, the event will be held at Teamz in Middleburgh Heights. Discussions were held about the musical entertainment. Corned Beef and Curry Band has been solicited and they have the NCPHC penciled in for the event. The cutoff date for sales of the tickets will be on or about December 23, 2017. Other musical entertainment was discussed but no final decision was made.
The schedule will be pretty much the same as in the past.
Food and Drink: 5:00 to 8:00 PM
Raffles: 8:00 to 8:30 PM…
Musical entertainment: 8:00 to 11:00 PM
The cost will be between $25-$30 per person. The menu was not discussed but based on positive comments from previous years it most likely will remain the same.
Charities were also discussed. Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland , Fisher House
and Love A Stray were suggested. No definite decision was made.
10. Mr. Larry Cade, At-Large, Board of Directors, will be resigning his position effective October, 2017. The BOD wishes to thank Larry for his many years of support on the board and support of the club. Many thanks to Larry and Janie for purchasing the many gifts which are used as either door prizes or for the raffles. We are sad to see you go but know that you will enjoy no more winters that Ohio is cursed with. Best of luck and enjoy South Carolina!!! Let us know when the low boil is ready!!
If anyone is interested in filling in the rest of Larry’s term, which expires February 2019, please tell a Board Member.
11. Approval of funds in the amount of $150.00 was given to Larry Cade for the purchase of items to be used for raffles and door prizes.

6. JIMMY BUFFETT CONCERTS: Cincinnati is Saturday July 8. Toronto will get a concert in 2017. If Cleveland gets a concert, it would be it was mutually agreed that the NCPHC would either do a pre-concert party the night before or a pool party the day of the concert (if at Blossom.) Not both will be done. If the Clarion hotel wants to promote, we can consider that. If we have a pre-concert party, it would be free to club members but guests would have to pay. Margaritaville or Nautica could be the venue for the pre-concert party if a concert is held in the Cle area.
7. Margaritaville Cleveland may be opened for the Parrot Head Walk on June 24, but looking like it will be early / mid July.
8. Frigid Frozen Frosted Ball 2017 we did okay on attendance. Also being considered is Tom Watt and the Fruitcakes at $2,000.00. Also looking at the name of the event for 2018. One possibility is Fruitcakes Frigid Frozen Frosted Ball.
9. APRIL/MAY EVENTS: Possibly Dave and Busters either on a Wednesday or Friday. Larry Cade suggested On Tap on Route 18 in Medina. Larry will stop by and inquireabout availability and pricing. Also suggested Lager Heads Micro Brewery in Valley View. Possibly considering wings instead of pizza.
