North Coast Parrot Head Club
2007 Membership Survey

In an effort to better meet the needs of the diverse group of individuals who comprise our club, the board is open to the thoughts, ideas, recommendations and constructive criticism of its members. To help facilitate this, please find below a membership survey. We encourage your participation and ask that you help us keep the club on track by completing this survey in an honest, constructive and positive manner.

We have structured this survey in a way that will allow you to complete it and still remain anonymous if you so choose – your name is optional.

Although it will not be possible for us act on every idea and recommendation submitted, understanding the wants and needs of our members is critical in helping us to keep the club moving in the right direction. YOUR INPUT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

The survey has been structured into several sections with an area provided at the end for any input not covered under those listed. Please read the following descriptions of the  sections  and  then  proceed to the survey by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES:

In addition to our regular monthly meetings, we will also be offering in-season bar night, perhaps two weekends each month at various establishments that offer outdoor patios. This summer will also see us sponsor our first ever club picnic. What else should we do?

MONTHLY MEETINGS:

We plan taking the next step at our monthly meetings by doing things such as recognizing members birthday’s during the given month, and offering a Parrot Head trivia quiz each meeting with nominal prizes for the winners. Are the meetings convenient and useful to you?

CHARITABLE EVENTS:

In keeping with our motto of “Party With A Purpose” and club bylaws, through the years of our existence, the club has been involved with numerous charities including the Alzheimer's Assoc., MS Pedal to the Point, Toys for Tots, Susan J. Komen Foundation, etc. What activities do you want to see?

MEMBERSHIP INVOLVEMENT:

We ‘re often disappointed by the turnout at many of our club-sponsored events. Help us to understand how to get more members involved.

CLUB COMMUNICATION:

The NCPHC routinely sends out information related to local, regional and national events of interest including notices such as the schedules of local performers. Tell us what information you want.

MEMBERSHIP EXPECTATIONS:
